“They measured up incorrectly, meaning that the Stair Lift didn`t fit properly. It worked, my wife was able to get up and down the stairs, however it scrapes against the wall when it reaches the top. After three weeks, it`s working perfectly fine now. I would recommend Companion to other buyers, as long as the measurements are accurate.”

“The stair lift is supposed to fit my mum and dad together and the safety belt fastens round the back of them where they can`t reach, I just feel as they are so elderly and reluctant to use it anyway, it is perhaps not simple enough. It would be fine for anyone a bit younger. The engineers were quite flexible and cooperative with the timing of the installation and they were always asking if there was anything they could do to help further. I would recommend them as a company to use.”

I would certainly recommend the company, the stair lift was for my mother in law and they were very polite and courteous and the issue with the hinge was sorted out very quickly with no fuss.”
