“Helpful, flexible and dependable, I heartily recommend Castle Comfort Stairlifts to anyone considering fitting a stairlift. 7 days from enquiry to installation. Installer even had to cope with a plumber using the stairs while he was carrying out the installation. Excellent service”

“Never mind about the survey, I’d like to complain about your service. The stairlift was alright for the first five months. But it started giving problems since then. I’ve tried emailing and telephoning you several times, but I’ve been ignored. I had a two year guarantee, but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I would never recommend this company. You are just interested in taking my money. Disgusting after sales. I’m taking this further.”

“I had two companies visit and chose the second one because their product had more convenient controls and also it was a few hundred pounds cheaper.”
