“My Mobility gave a lead time which matched that offered by their competitors but the actual lead time was twice as long and their customer service was poor. When I phoned to find out when they were going to start after the promised lead time had expired they said they would phone me back but never did. Six days later when I phoned again they said it would be another two weeks. Keen on selling but not bothered about after sales service. The product is fine though, so far anyway.”

THE UNIT INSTALLED was not nearly new it smelt of tobaco and was mark yellow with wear. bits hanging off, felt a fool i had been fooled by this company , i will be reporting to Trading Standards for mispractise..”

“My one criticism would be that having contacted four providers, all of them contacted me but one in particular became irritating. Despite having told the company that I hadordered from a competitor and paid my deposit I was contacted four more times, three by phone and one by letter to try to change my mind. Other than that the comparison service is worthwhile.”

“1. Sold 2nd hand stair lift as it was all they could get hold of for quick installation for early Monday fitting. Price quoted didn't include lnfill box so had to negotiate after salesman said it did include it. No one turned up on fitting day, I had to ring to be told it would come 2 days later, so I probably could have had a new stairlift. The fitter was very good but they sent him with the wrong length of rail to attach it to so it needs to be taken off and refitted with longer rail. The safe”
