“I didn`t like the rep that came to measure up, so Acorn kindly sold me a new lift rather than a reconditioned one. Although the measuring wasn`t done accurately which caused a few problems, the men that came to fit the life were hardworking and excellent. I am very pleased with how it looks and it was installed very well. Despite the issues in the beginning, I would recommend Acorn to other buyers based on the end result.”

The quality and look of the lift is very good, however it hasn`t been used. My husband is now in a care home, and so we do not need the Stair lift anymore. Companion still want me to pay the full price before they remove it, even though it is brand new. I would strongly hate for someone else to go through the trouble I am currently having with this company.”
