“Very professional from the start to the finish, from the initial call from head office to the survey and finally the fitting an excellent 10 out of 10 for all concerned.”

“Smooth process from start to finish. Patrick on sales and fitter Steve? from Wolverhampton were amazing.”

“Brilliant service. Came on time and fitted very fast. Excellent job.”

“Measuring and estimate was done very quickly and quote was very competitive . After I had paid a deposit the communication wasn't so good. I had to ring twice to get a date for installation, but fitters turned up on the day finally agreed on and installation was efficient and friendly.”

“Not the fault of the fitters but the rail that came for the installation was covered in grease. They had to return to their depot and found that the entire stock was closed he same. A new rail was delivered from the factory and fitting was completed by mid evening on the he correct day. I felt sorry for the fitters who had a long day!”

“It took three hours to fit, there was no inconvenience, the installers were very pleasant and polite.”

“Fitted with minimal fuss and disruption”

“Fantastic service from Mitch and Mark. Superb help and advice given and couldn’t fault their attentiveness and kindness. Thank you.”

“The stairlift arrived over 5 weeks late. I wrote a letter to the director re the late delivery. He failed to reply. (pure bad manners). The installation was first class. { would not recommend anyone to buy this product totally because of delivery and the treatment I received from Bespoke Stairlifts”

“A little disappointed that the stairlift is not fitted closer to the wall, as told by rep that the handrail would be removed by fitter so the stairlift could be tucked closer to the side. However the fitter could not remove handrail and the stairlift protrudes a little.”

“The whole experience was first class from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.????”

“Really nice people to deal with throughout the process and with the added bonus of 'No hard selling' Chris visited Dads home to measure up and quote and the stairlift was fitted within a week by Ash, both considerate”

“Highly recommend this company. Extremely helpful offering good advise, marvellous and quick service, fitting and demonstration was exceptional and the price was very competitive for the product and the service provided from my telephone call to the lift fitted and in use. Thank you My Mobility UK, I have already given your details to 2 other people who are looking for a stair lift.”
