Stairlift Comparison reviews from UK buyers

“Efficient, very quick and installation was within a couple of days If I have a criticism they turned up at 7am which is far too early. Wish we had bought a stairlift earlier.”

“Very efficient from start to finish. Father is finding the Stairlift very beneficial and easy to operate.”

“They got in contact the very next day, the other companies didn`t even call. They rushed to come out and the work was done within a day. They did everything they said they would. Very happy with the stairlift. Needs to be more user friendly, father gets confused which button to press. Remote control all one colour so maybe better to have buttons different colour.”

“Disappointed that no gloves or mask were used and they didn`t wipe things down. Stairlift beneficial and easy to operate. Very good after care.”

“Absolutely couldn`t fault a thing. Really good from start to finish. I made the enquiry on the Tuesday and the Stairlift was fitted on the Thursday.”

“COVID-19 precautions were very good. We have already recommended Acorn to other people. From first inquiry to installation was really good. Best thing we ever did and should of done it years ago.”

“Put 2 sets of stairlift in 1 hr 30 minutes. One of the easier installations I have seen. Would rate them a 6*”

“Left dust from taking the bannister off other than that they were very clean. 4 year extended service plan was very expensive in comparison to the price of the unit. The Stairlift has no problems and works as it should.”

“Of all the companies they were the only one that responded. From Survey to installation was only a couple of days. Definitely happy. It has been a godsend for my mum.”

“Clear and clean, very efficient. Wife was able to go upstairs to bed so found it very beneficial.”

“I am extremely happy with Companion. They were very friendly and professional. Started earlier than expected which was great. The only problem I had was that I had asked for a left handed control but it arrived right handed, however they changed this over the following day. The aftercare has been very good.”

“Did what it said on the tin. It was put in on time and was the same as it was in the brochure. Predominantly for wife who is happy with it.”

“Companion left everything extremely tidy, very happy. Could not fault them.”

“Service was absolutley brilliant, there were a few teething problems and the engineers came out straight away to resolve.”

“Everything`s fine. Were very happy.”

“happy with the entire service.”

“Initially very frustrating as 1st delivery date put off due to the Fitter being ill. 2nd delivery put off because of staff shortage. 3rd delivery date never happened so eventually spoke to MD who managed to get another date. When stairlift fitted it was very good and a great design. Now i`m very happy with it.”

“The Work was excellent. The information from the Surveyor was far superior to the other companies I contacted. Very pleased and the Stairlift also looks good.”

“Installer very efficient. Very very good machine. Other models on the market but very happy with the one we bought. Easy process from start to finish.”

“Happy with the stairlift. Design and everything about it is really good and i find it very easy to operate.”

“Did very good job, turned up on time and did what they said they would do. Stairlift is for grandson who is finding it easy to use.”

“Stairlift started off ok but went wrong after a few days. Customer relations were terrible, spoke to MD who sorted things out.”

“Battery back-up pad hasn`t been installed like quoted but we will chase that up. The chap who installed was very helpful and was very tidy. The product is very good, there are one or 2 little things, but I think it depends on the size of the person I think. The footrest is very loose....I have recommended the company to my sister. My wife uses it easily.”

“The installer was an excellent young man and the customer service was very good.”
