“The hand controllers work when they feel like it. Every time you press a control it makes an awful whistle when it moves. There’s not enough room to comfortably ride up or down the stairs. Its manufacture makes me think that the design hasn’t been updated in the last 40 years. No thought has been given to how one can carry items on it. That’s just for starters.”

A different chap came at 11.30 to complete the job but then found the rail had been fitted incorrectly so changed that before he could finish the job.
