Stairlift Comparison reviews from UK buyers

“Arrived on time , all was as agreed and left clean and tidy.”

“I was impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of the installing engineer, who had to complete the inspection during other works being undertaken which hindered his progress to some extent. He left a sound and efficient working stairlift.”

“The most difficult part of the process was getting my mother to accept that she needed one. It really has been a help and the salesman who came to measure up had good customer service experience that suited the elderly. The person who came to fit it was very personable and it was just like inviting a friend into the home. I could see why they got goos marks in the Which report that we consulted.”

“Would have given top marks if the chair lift had been given a deep clean before being fitted …it was grubby! Top marks to the chap who installed it he was very helpful.”

“Great info on first fone call the guy was the only one who asked me questions out of all my inquiries, Prompt took the time to make sure wee understood everything, they guy who fitted was brilliant arrived on time showed us how to operate the lift ,and done a great job of tidying up after would highly recommend this company”

“I would have liked the rail a bit closer the wall but overall I am very pleased with the stair lift.”

“Very good no problems im very satisfied with it”

“I am absolutely delighted with my stairlift which covers four levels. Acorn were friendly, very professional and could not have been more helpful”

“All went well with no problems.”

“The young man was outside really early and I was pleased to let him in and erect my stairchair He worked efficiently did the the demo,I paid him and he was gone before the original due starting time. I actually had some one ring me up because they saw the van and I know the next week they acquired an Acorn stair chair on my reccomendation.”

“The engineer came during the time given (8am -12md) but not until 11am when I had been told I would be his first of the day so I expected him earlier. I therefore had to miss a lunch date. There was a problem within 24 hours so another engineer had to attend which he did the same day. In spite of these issues I am happy with the lift at a resonable price.”
