Stairlift Comparison reviews from UK buyers

“Ben Collins the engineer was a very pleasant person to deal with. He done a very professional fitting & I was very happy with the finished result.”

“Took much longer to have the lift fitted than I was led to expect. Also might have welcomed more information about how to replace removed handrail”

“Just brilliant”

“It took 10 days from the day it should be fitted, and part was missing, then three days when fitted the same day a few hours later one off the motors stopped working, engineer came back same day and mended it but said if it goes again it will need a new one, this was a brand new stairlift, next day it went again, waited another two days for complete new motor to come and be fitted, now had working 24 hours and hopefully it will remain like this.”

“We are delighted with the stairlift. It has made a huge difference to our lives and taken away massive stress, particularly at the end of each day. We highly recommend this to anyone struggling with stairs.”

“Never mind about the survey, I’d like to complain about your service. The stairlift was alright for the first five months. But it started giving problems since then. I’ve tried emailing and telephoning you several times, but I’ve been ignored. I had a two year guarantee, but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I would never recommend this company. You are just interested in taking my money. Disgusting after sales. I’m taking this further.”

“Poor service from start to finish”

“delivery and installation promised in 3 weeks, Morphed into 6 weeks due to wrong type of rail specified. then damage to new rail when delivered. Wife marooned in bedroom upstairs for 9wks. In retrospect should have ordered from more local supplier”

“The engineers were very pleasant and very nice showing my wife how to use it.”

“First rate service and fitter recommended”

“Fitted on time and easy to use why did we not get it earlier very impressed with the fitter”

“The cover under the seat does not appear to be secure”

“The service from companion was excellent from start to finish”

“From rep to engineer both very informative on the stairlift ,answered all my questions leaving me confident i had chosen the correct stairlift and company to install.”

“Brilliant! Rep and fitter both very professional and pleasant.”

“After a very bumpy start being told the stair lift would not be fitted on the set date .and after a few choice words from me to the person that phoned and the manage of the company it was fitted on the set date by a very pleasent man who did an excellent job even though he was on over time”

“first class company to deal with”

“Delighted with your end to end service and excellent chairlift. Thank you”

“All very easy and efficient.”

“Good value for money, quickly and cleanly installed.”

“Everyone we dealt with was good and professional. The stairlift is really neat and is easy to use”

“Everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately was taken back into hospital a few days later so now i'm home again looking forward to using it.”

“Would like the lift to: - Move a little faster - Have a switch that does not require holding down to move either up or down”

“One point to make. Salesman advised a hand rail would be available at instalment stage This would be optional, free of charge and available . This was denied by installer. Everything else was dealt with most satisfactorily.”
