“I given to understand l was getting a new stair lift but what was fitted was a reconditioned stair lift. The My Mobility salesman Simon was not pushy but also not transparent. He for example asked what colour l wanted leading me to believe that l had a choice. In fact the stair lift actually only comes in beige. The fitting company however we're very good and came back very quickly when the stair lift didn't work later that day. Disappointed, however really benefiting from the 2nd hand lif”

“Every one involved with the first phone call I made to get a ring back within 2 hrs on a Sunday afternoon.The rep came on Monday to measure the stairs up .Then we had to wait for the stairlift to arrive which only took a few days and the fitting lasted approx 2 hrs and then the fitter talked us all through what we had to do.”
