We paid a large deposit at the end of April and after dozens of phone calls and false promises our stairlift was fitted on July 11th!!! Do NOT trust these people!!”

“It took 10 days from the day it should be fitted, and part was missing, then three days when fitted the same day a few hours later one off the motors stopped working, engineer came back same day and mended it but said if it goes again it will need a new one, this was a brand new stairlift, next day it went again, waited another two days for complete new motor to come and be fitted, now had working 24 hours and hopefully it will remain like this.”

“delivery and installation promised in 3 weeks, Morphed into 6 weeks due to wrong type of rail specified. then damage to new rail when delivered. Wife marooned in bedroom upstairs for 9wks. In retrospect should have ordered from more local supplier”
