I had a problem with the product as soon as they installed in that the chair catches the wall at the top as it goes round, this has affected how I feel about the quality of it. An engineer has been out promptly but the problem still isn`t sorted. I feel quite tired to have to keep ringing and waiting in for them. Unless I`m delighted with a product, I don`t tend to recommend, I hope the issue gets resolved.”

“The company came earlier than expected as they called to ask if they could install on a Saturday which we were happy with. We compared Companion with another company and what sold it over the other was the discreet track as it doesn`t show the teeth like others do, it also doesn`t take up as much room as we were led to believe, so we are delighted with it.”

“I had the survey done and I was told that it could be fitted within a week. 2 days after a week had passed they called me to say they couldn`t fit until the Artex on my walls had been tested. 3 weeks after this it came back ok and they arranged to install. I wasn`t very happy with the delay and lack of communication. Also the hand rail they replaced mine with doesn`t look as good as before. I wouldn`t recommend the company based on my experience. However, I cannot fault the quality of the actual stair lift.”
