They were much cheaper than the quote I got from the other company and they were happy to provide their own electrician and joiner for the job instead of making us sort those things first. We were very impressed with Companion right from the beginning, we liked the guy, he wasn`t pushy and he was very prepared to make allowances for peculiar shaped stairs. He just gave us the facts for us to then decide.”

“They wanted to do install it sooner than the old stair lift could be taken out! So, too efficient! I felt they could have got the stair lift closer to the wall..and seat is too small with a slope. All of this issues are made worse for the fact that I am very tall and have problems with my knees. I don`t have a problem with the company, they just haven`t been able to cater for someone my size and with my medical challenges. I would still recommend them despite this as they have tried to help my situation.”

“Happy with the products just a couple things which made me mark them down, theirs a dink in the arm of the chair and the stair lift runs nice and smooth until it goes over the joints then its quite clunky, will contact companion if it gets any worse. Overall i would recommend them.”
