“I went ahead with Companion because I needed a stair lift quickly because my wife was so poorly. One of their staff guaranteed me a very quick installation date, that didn`t happen because the information wasn`t passed on properly. I cannot fault the company other than that as after approx 10 days the stair lift was installed with no problems and is of good quality. Its just a shame they didn`t keep their promise as my wife only managed to use it a few times due to her declining health.”
