“The quote was over and above as it had an extra but they noticed it was wrong and reset the invoice. They were a bit late because they didn`t have all the parts, but once they were in they did it quickly. They did a good clean job, they sent for a gas engineer to sort re-venting the gas fire. I am happy with the service I received.”

“They did leave something out because when the chap came they said they would put grab rails but they never did. The company promised to install within 5 days, but it wasn`t installed until 7 days after. I think we were told it would take 2.5 hours but it took 5 hours. The day they installed it, I wasn`t very well so I didn`t try it before they left, but then I tried it a day later and realised I couldn`t turn my legs at the top. My leg hits the bannister, die to my condition. The sales guy knew I had this challenge and didn`t suggest The stair lift would present this problem. Its a typical sales person saying one thing and in reality what you get is different. Because we had the straight stair lift, I thought the stair lift would go to the landing area so I could step off, this isn`t the case. I need to see now if I can get the stair lift extended in some way.”

“From initial consultation they gave a realistic price and no gimmicks in trying to con you into paying more. Everything went fine.”

“They came out on Bank Holiday Sunday so I cannot fault them for that. They installed faster than expected and left everything immaculately tidy. The company was very easy to deal with and the guy that came out and fitted it was polite and helpful, he was just lovely. .”

“The sales man did not go through things properly with me and initially i was given the wrong chair but this was sorted after i made them aware. I was given 2 remote controls but neither work - they cant give me a time frame of when i will get replacements. i would not recommend”

“Very good and very efficient, explained everything very well, but I had one little niggle at the end. The £500 deposit cheque I gave at the beginning has been lost somehow and they have sent me an invoice for the full amount. I obviously don`t want to clear this until I know what has happened to my cheque. Its a shame because it was a very good job. Spoiled by not very good accounting -.....other than that I would still recommend the company as everything else was very good.”
