“It takes a lot more space on the stairs than I thought it would , when parked at the bottom of the stairs we cannot open our hall cupboard with winter coats , boots , hats , gloves. etc, also the electric meter , we have to move the stairlift round every time we want to access the cupboard, also the front door knocks against it if opened too wide, we are going to have to pay a carpenter to change the hall cupboard door so it opens the other way , hoping that will make it a bit easier , but it’s”

“I given to understand l was getting a new stair lift but what was fitted was a reconditioned stair lift. The My Mobility salesman Simon was not pushy but also not transparent. He for example asked what colour l wanted leading me to believe that l had a choice. In fact the stair lift actually only comes in beige. The fitting company however we're very good and came back very quickly when the stair lift didn't work later that day. Disappointed, however really benefiting from the 2nd hand lif”
