Stairlift Comparison reviews from UK buyers

“Over-all happy with the company, although the bed didn`t have casters on the bottom when the chap told me they would- only skittle legs. I also had to wait a month for delivery but I don`t think this is the companies fault. No other problems with the bed so I would recommend the company to others.”

“We went with them because they had a movable rail and the equipment seemed a lot better than any other. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend them.”

“They did everything we asked quickly and everything works really well.”

“Absolutely excellent couldn`t ask for anything more, very quick, efficient and professional and if I could give a 6 out of 5 for quality I would. Very happy with the experience.”

“Very very good, they were most careful with everything they did.”

“Over-all I am very happy with everything.”

“Everything was done earlier than we thought- it was done on a Sunday, as opposed to the Mon/Tues. Its all in good working order and has been a godsend. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Everything went really well except for on the first day of having the stair-lift we couldn`t make it work - but this was rectified by the company the same day and its been running well ever since. Very happy with the service provided.”

“We`ve had excellent service from beginning to end and even when a part had packed up we had another one fitted within 20 minutes of calling them. So no complaints, very very happy with Companion and the service they provide.”

“They did a good job- and it has really helped my husband who has Parkinson`s disease.”

“There was a small malfunction with the remote but the company promptly came and sorted this with no fuss. Everything else we have been very happy with and therefore would recommend the company.”

“The process from survey to fitting was much like a roller-coaster- they were very quick. I was happy with everything except one minor thing. After the installation, I noticed the power lead to the power-point could have been fitted a little neater along the skirting board rather than how it was positioned. Other than that I was very happy and would recommend the company.”

“I was happy with the service apart from it being discussed in the beginning that the bannisters were going to be removed by them. This didn`t happen and they went back on what they had said. Apart from that, everything ran smoothly and I am very happy with the stairlift itself. I would recommend the company to others, just have it in writing what is going to installed and removed from the outset.”

“Happy with everything, no problems.”

“Apart from a problem with a missing part which meant the completion of the installation was delayed, I am very happy. The people who I dealt with were very friendly and kind. The Stairlift has been a revelation to my life.”

“I am very happy with Companion and how they installed the product and how it has helped me since, carrying my shopping up the stairs is so much easier now. I would recommend them to others.”

“Nothing further to add- very happy with the experience.”

“The only hiccup was the company didn`t take my correct telephone number to start with and they were under the impression they had spoken to me and arranged a time, when they hadn`t.(They arrived to do the job unexpectedly) Apart from this, all ran smoothly with the installation and I have been very happy with the product since. I would recommend them to others.”
