“This company(also k/a Handicare ) do not know the meaning of customer care. Trying to contact them is a joke and if somebody DOES answer the phone do NOT believe that anything you request will happen!! We paid a large deposit at the end of April and after dozens of phone calls and false promises our stairlift was fitted on July 11th!!! Do NOT trust these people!!”

“The two men who fitted the stairlift were polite, friendly and very patient. I needed to use the stairs fairly frequently, and although they probably could’ve seen me far enough, they were really nice and patient. I can’t praise them highly enough, and to my shame, I can’t remember their names! Your records should show you who they were. So 5 stars all the way! Thank you”

“The lift worked once till the motor broke down. Took two engineer visits and 4 days till it was fixed That’s a company issue though.”
