“They were earlier than they thought in delivering. I had to set it up myself but the man at Camelot advised me on delivery that he would call and talk me through the set up which I was happy with.. The chair is a bit creaky and not very smooth in its operation but it is no different from the other samples I had seen from other companies. It was however very much cheaper than what other companies were quoting. Therefore I feel the company are very good value for money and I had researched that they were `Which` recommended, As long as people are aware that they are not paying for someone to come and put the product together, which I was fine about, then yes I would definitely recommend. The main thing is my husband is very happy with the chair, after having his stroke, and the chair is helping towards his progress in becoming mobile again.”

“The man told us the chair would be a month and it was delivered in 3 weeks. It was set up quickly and all explained very well to us. Definitely 5/5 for the quality of product and customer service. We ordered 2 chairs and have had no problems. We got on very well with the boss. He came and measured up and showed us a miniature chair with all the different options, there were hundreds of fabrics and other options to choose from. My wife particularly is benefiting from hers. The chairs are rather expensive but I feel they are worth it in the end. We are very happy with the company.”

“They said a date to be delivered and they tried to get the bed in but couldn`t get it in one piece. I then had to wait 3 weeks after that for a new bed to be made. Once it arrived it only took 20 mins/half an hour to set up and they explained all the different bits to me. I was happy with that. I would definitely recommend having an adjustable bed but I would not recommend the company because I would shop around first. The main reason being the quality of service, I feel they should`ve taken measurements when they first sold me the bed, there was no communication when things went wrong, no keeping me updated with the situation of the delivery, which aggravates me more so.”

“I negotiated the price with the company and I was happy. I gave them a date that I wanted it to be installed and they accommodated this and installed on that day. The quality of the job was very good, but I do have to phone them as there may be a problem with the stair lift ... just with a knocking noise. The job was started three weeks after the date the Rep gave me and i couldn`t get hold of the Customer Service Rep assigned to my case. The Engineers installing the Stair lift were very good.”
