“I am quite happy with the product even though the seat is a little uncomfortable. The person who did the survey was very good and also the people who installed were also good.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“They were on time, polite and did a nice tidy job.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“Product itself is very good but we had a cosmetic problem with the track which has taken a long time to resolve. The Company itself is lovely and friendly and although there have been delays they have kept us in the loop.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“Perfect couldn`t have been any better.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“The price was good and they finished on time. Problem as thought stairlift would go to top of stair but finished one step down which made awkward to get off as seat twisted.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“Really pleased with the product and the company.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“Very good - the person that did the installation wasn`t part of the company, but I had no problems with either installer and the company/sales.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“Couldn`t fault them. Best of the 3 quotes. They stood out because they were prepared to do it quickly, they weren`t pushy and they were the cheapest.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“The company were very nice, very helpful and friendly, I got a couple of quotes and the other company were much pushier in their approach. I am chuffed to bits with it.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“We are very happy with it all.
After care was very good as they came out straight away after we had a few niggles.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“Companion were extremely helpful and their explanation of how they could do it was very good.
We have a bit of a mess with the double bannisters as they had to be taken out but the actual job has been very good. It doesn`t turn 90 degrees but 75 degrees at the top, so getting back on it can be a bit difficult but I am getting used to it.
They stood out from the other company as they were offering a completely made to measure product.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“The guy vacuumed after himself leaving everything spotless.
The company generally were very good, from the man that came in the beginning, the installer and also the lady from the office, all kept me informed and were just really lovely.
It is all that I expected/wanted it to be.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“They had to put electrics in first the day before....then came back the next day to fit very swiftly with no fuss.
They were very informative and kept me in the picture all the way through, they did the job they said they would. I have no complaints at all.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“I think instructing us took longer than the installation! That was very quick!
It is a bit noisier than I thought it would be.
If I knew anyone that wanted a stair lift I would certainly recommend Companion.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“There was a mess up with the joiner coming which delayed the installation a little bit but we didn`t mind this.
The quality is good apart from a squeak...which i will have to phone them about.
They were much cheaper than the quote I got from the other company and they were happy to provide their own electrician and joiner for the job instead of making us sort those things first. Companion were far better in comparison with what they offered.”
Companion Stairlifts★★★★★★★★★★
“I was expecting the installers to take 4 hours but they did it in 2 and a quarter so I was thrilled.
The stair lift is brilliant and my husband is over the moon with it.”
Acorn★★★★★★★★★★
“I have absolutely no problems with the stairlift or the service they provided.”
Acorn★★★★★★★★★★
“Very professional company. We had a problem with a missing handrail and they came out the next day to fit it even though it was a Sunday. It was a very quick process and from the quote to installation was on only 2-3 days.”
Acorn★★★★★★★★★★
“Acorn were very helpful and the stair lift has transformed our life. It has meant we can stay in our home.”
Acorn★★★★★★★★★★
“Acorn were reliable, efficient and have a very good quality service. I have already recommended then to someone.”

“Chair is good but After Sales not great.”
Acorn★★★★★★★★★★
“was extremely quickly fitted in under a week. great service very happy.”

“Very good company. Happy they were able to offer me a rental option as my situation could be temporary.
Lovely sales guy who answered all of my questions and promised installation would be complete within the week and this is exactly what happened.”
