Stairlift Comparison reviews from UK buyers

“Thr fitter was late and it was hard to contact the company to establish why. The phone call kept being disconnected. He eventually arrived about an hour or so after the agreed time. The fitter was pleasant and seemed to fit everything in an efficient was although left dirty handprints everywhere...not a big problem though. He did go through the instructions very quickly and mum didn't understand too well. I had to go over these again a few times with mum after he had left.”

“The stairlift is neither as quiet or as smooth operating as I had been led to believe by your salesman.”

“Installation was excellent, very little mess, which was removed immediately. Would highly recommend, as the company was not pushy when contacted, and rep very very helpful and understanding on needs.”

“Engineer was given wrong start time and arrived at 8.00 am instead of 10.00 therefore I was not ready to allow him to start.”

“Warning I got a stair lift from them ,they promised to buy it back but offered me £200 I paid almost £2000 .for it and it was only used at most 20 times as the person spent most of the time in hospital.BEWARE THEY ARE NO TRUE TO THEIR WORD.”

“A bolt/screw is protruding from rail which could hurt someone's hand if going upstairs (not everyone needs the stairlift). Needs to be fixed. The white rail on which the stairlift runs seems to get "scuffed" and needs to be cleaned. Not sure why this is happening.”
