“I was able to rent a stairlift which was more suitable due to my Dad being terminally ill. The whole process was very well handled and the rep and the engineer were very kind and supportive to my Dad.”

The installation was first class. { would not recommend anyone to buy this product totally because of delivery and the treatment I received from Bespoke Stairlifts”

“A little disappointed that the stairlift is not fitted closer to the wall, as told by rep that the handrail would be removed by fitter so the stairlift could be tucked closer to the side. However the fitter could not remove handrail and the stairlift protrudes a little.”

“Stairlift is intermittently faulty. Installers failed to advise me of the problem. Had to phone Bespoke to complain. At the time of writing this review , it has still not been repaired to my satisfaction. Not at all happy with the service provided. I expect some financial compensation for the very poor service that I have had to put up with.”

“Just wish the foot plate was adjustable,mum cant put her feet on it,the belt is no good for Mum with arthritic hands she cannot undo clip,height of swivel lever,mums arms very short hard to reach. Despite these blips,Billy ur installer was lovely,so patient with a wobbly 94yr old,smooth running lift and faster ascending etc stairs than expected. Mum still nervous but neighbours have been round to give approval,she wont listen to me when I tell her the benefits,but listens to them who have told”
