“The engineer came during the time given (8am -12md) but not until 11am when I had been told I would be his first of the day so I expected him earlier. I therefore had to miss a lunch date. There was a problem within 24 hours so another engineer had to attend which he did the same day. In spite of these issues I am happy with the lift at a resonable price.”

“The hand controllers work when they feel like it. Every time you press a control it makes an awful whistle when it moves. There’s not enough room to comfortably ride up or down the stairs. Its manufacture makes me think that the design hasn’t been updated in the last 40 years. No thought has been given to how one can carry items on it. That’s just for starters.”

“A bolt/screw is protruding from rail which could hurt someone's hand if going upstairs (not everyone needs the stairlift). Needs to be fixed. The white rail on which the stairlift runs seems to get "scuffed" and needs to be cleaned. Not sure why this is happening.”
