“The young man was outside really early and I was pleased to let him in and erect my stairchair He worked efficiently did the the demo,I paid him and he was gone before the original due starting time. “Very fast and friendly engineer excellent service”

“The service was much better than I expected. The original information was very comprehensive. The response to my request for the survey was very speedy and the fitting time from my acceptance to installation was amazing. The installation was speedy and clean and the tuition usage excellent. Not the cheapest but I would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Could not have been more helpful.”

“All fitted within an hour, fitter very pleasant and efficient, no worries now about getting up and down the stairs.”

“Very competitive prices. Arrangements made with office were convenient. Unfortunately the installation engineer arrived outside of the 4 hour window (!) then upon arrival was more interested in finding the toilet than introducing himself or apologising or explaining the installation process.”

“Very professional company, start to finish. Detailed help to suit our particular needs, and friendly, fast fitters, tidy and competent. 4 working days, done. Do not look any further, Acorn is the one.”

“An excellent company to deal with .”

“First class service”

“The rail is further away from the wall than we expected and the speed of the chair is painfully slow.”

“Survey on Monday, fitted next day by 9am. Excellent service, and all from Yorkshire!”

“Lift should move faster”

“I can’t speak too highly of Acorn. Their company were absolutely wonderful. One enquiry provided me with a very friendly salesman within a couple of days. He was honest and open about the product with no nonsense saleschat. He came on the Monday, measuring up and getting a price within the hour. I accepted the price as being reasonable and fair and placed an order. Three days later on the Thursday a great young chap arrived and fitted the stairlift. You couldn’t ask for better service than that.”

“The stairlift sold to us was not suitable and customer service to deal with this was poor. Lots of lengthy phone calls required and incredible statements made such as that they could not email me!”

“Warranty far too expensive”

“It could be a little faster but it feels safe”

“Engineer was polite and respected my home”

“Smooth start to finish”

“Great”
