Had to call them to send somebody to explain how to use the machine to my mother (98 yrs). “It is worth considering a refurbished stairlift as many are just new but have been in stock for 6months. Also check cost of servicing as this can be very very expensive. The actual stairlift is a real treat if climbing stairs is problem”
