We did get a price from Stannah which was a lot higher even just for a reconditioned stair lift, so i`m sure we made the right choice.”DELETED 9 · 17 October 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“I am very happy with the stair lift.”DELETED C · 17 October 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“We were slightly mislead by the sales person and were advised they`d have to remove a door and fit on the right hand side over the Bannister -but when the engineer turned up he was happy to fit on the left hand side which was much more suited for the property and prevented doors having to be removed and us not having access to our Bannister. These changes caused for it to take longer for the engineer but i was very happy with the service in the end and it all worked out for best.”DELETED 6 · 17 October 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“Absolutely great job - the service really was brilliant. My in laws needed an adjustment due to them having a new bathroom door fitted and they came back within 24 hours and made the adjustment free of charge.”DELETED D · 17 October 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was fitted. The fitter was really helpful and made sure i was completely happy using the stair lift before he left. I would defiantly recommend to others.”DELETED 9 · 17 October 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“Working okay, but a little noisier than expected”DELETED 1 · 14 July 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“The surveyor came on time which was important as my daughter had come to be with me before she went to work. The young man who installed the stairlift was very pleasant and there was no unexpected problem with installation. The only worry I have is the folding end of the track and the wobble when I go over the hinge.I am sure its alright but I must admit Instop the stair lift just before the hinge and carefully get off. It has been a godsend because I am just improving after coming down with food poisoning. Only negative? The sudden phone calls selling a £600 warranty which I cannot afford.”DELETED 3 · 10 July 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“Confusion with the seat. Had to pay extra for an electric seat.”DELETED A · 6 July 2017Acorn★★★★★★★★★★“Would have liked 1 track instead of 2”DELETED F · 4 July 2017 ‹ Prev1…212223Next › See what your stairlift would cost Get a free instant guide price, then compare prices from vetted UK suppliers.
