Incredibly quick and simple process. starting with a site visit, with no pressure from a pleasant and knowledgeable chap. This occurred within a couple of days of my initial enquiry. We had already done research on cost etc, and when told it could be fitted within a week, at a cost that was competing with others that had a lead time of several weeks, it became a no brain decision to make. very happy with the whole process, and the stairlift is making life easier for Dad.
