The pre-sales aspect was fantastic - from getting calls from the different companies and getting visits organised. Everyone was very professional and understanding.
The lady who came from My Mobility, Denise, was very experienced and caring. Her expertise as a physio therapist was very helpful in deciding the best way to proceed with the stair lift for my mum.
The after sales care (My Mobility) has been quite frankly appalling! I had to call after a week to find out when the stairlift would
